Terra Fyllida Agaricus Mushroom Saganaki with Ouzo and Tomato is a mushroom sauce in which Fresh Agaricus mushrooms chopped in large pieces, sautated in extra virgin olive oil with ouzo & tomato creating a unique saganaki.
Served warm or at room temperature. Its ideally combined with Greek feta cheese. You can serve it either as meze, plain or with feta cheese for ouzo or beer, or as a sauce for grilled fish
